My Dad's cousin, who happens to own and run a machine factory, kindly supplied me with two airplane grade aluminium tubes for coping. Using his industrial drills and cutters, the pipes became two beautiful, shiny bespoke items perfect for my masterpiece. He also furnished me with a great selection of nuts and bolts to attach the bastards, and gave some sound advice. In return I had to work for him on May 1 which in Sweden is a national holiday for the workers.
Ha! I didn't mind too much, though. I don't agree with parading around waving red flags moaning about capitalists in 21st century Europe. It's not like the Swedish workforce is exploited in any way, on the contrary, they probably have the most comfortable working directives, laws and conditions of any labour force in the world. Besides, my ramp is way more important than some socialist, hypocritical donuts who all use iPhones, drink Starbucks and think communism is a good thing, whilst being covertly racist, ignorant, uncharitable and fully dependent on state intervention in all aspects of their lives.
Anyway, I digress. I worked in protest and got a nice coping set-up out of it.
